Order Processing Time

All wholesale orders are processed within [1–2 business days] after receving confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary based on order size, product availability, or peak periods.

How is my order shipped?

We ship orders using reputable carriers selected based on destination, order size, and service level. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or confirmed by our sales team.


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping:International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges related to customs processing.


How do I return the product?

Customers must request a return authorization in email before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from our error.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

For wholesale Purchases
Defective items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Upon approval, we may offer a replacement or credit. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise instructed.

Can I Return my product?

We accept returns on eligible retail orders within [30 days] of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., clearance items, food, personalized products, or hygiene-sensitive goods).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within [3 business days] of delivery. Claims must include clear photos of the damaged products and packaging.
Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

For wholesale Purchases
All wholesale purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of wholesale pricing, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, over-ordering, or unsold inventory.

Can I exchange the product?

Customers must request a exchange authorization in email before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be issued instead.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before shipment [1-2 business days] Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
